Terms and conditions

All services provided are by TOPSolution Documents Clearing Services Co LLC. By engaging with us through writing, telephone, electronically (online), or in person, you are agreeing to these Service Conditions, forming the entire agreement between you and us. Your service agreement will be accepted on this basis, and the services specified are detailed in your confirmation invoice. Remember to validate the accuracy and completeness of the information upon receipt of an invoice or confirmation. It is essential to report any inaccuracies promptly to TOP Solution to avoid any additional costs borne by the customer.

To confirm your service arrangements, ensure all necessary documents are provided. These include full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue and expiry date, and any other relevant details essential for the service. Failure to provide accurate and complete information will result in the customer bearing the consequences. If the client fails to provide all necessary information and documents, leading to rejection or misrepresentation in services, TOP Solution reserves the right to request additional fees or cancel the contract without a refund. 

Amendments to service arrangements will incur an AED 800.00 administration fee per change, in addition to any government or service fees involved. Once the initial phase of the service has commenced, no further amendments are permitted. Requests for service changes must be submitted in writing by the customer.

Our service prices are subject to change without prior notice, based on demand, market conditions, and availability. Once you receive a quote, the price will be locked in upon payment of the required deposit before the quote’s expiry. No refunds will be provided if you cancel your service to take advantage of a cheaper price or decide not to proceed further.

Note that Visa Assistance is non-refundable. Our company offers services to businesses and consumers as part of travel and visa processing packages. Our prices are subject to change without exception. Agents, client referrals, or any third parties must provide full contact information for each client purchasing services from the company. Any breach of the agreement’s provisions may lead to termination of the agreement by the company. Both parties agree not to disclose information or spread malicious details from this agreement.

Confidential information listed by the company must be kept private. Third parties and clients are not allowed to duplicate documents or forge signatures or stamps provided by the company for personal use such as applying for personal loans, credit cards, or creating dummy company websites or emails. The client can terminate the agreement with prior notice and conditions.

Termination of the visa processing agreement will result in the company returning any remaining costs deducting all government fees paid for the client’s visa application, with a waiting period of 20-30 working days for any refunds. Upon termination, all process files will be closed, and any ban necessary will be imposed.

We provide guidance on acquiring visas, but issuing decisions are at the discretion of relevant authorities beyond our control. You are responsible for ensuring a clear medical report for your visa application. Any delays or cancellations may occur due to events beyond our control, such as epidemics, delays in document release, or rejection of documents. Any positive medical test results may lead to visa denial and deportation.

The company is not liable for any loss, financial or visa processing interruptions, or missed opportunities. All amounts paid in the event of a compensation claim are nonrefundable.
